If you used a Dectalk Express with Keysoft 2.4, you would hear sounds emitted from your system's soundcard. The Dectalk Expresses cannot play wave files under any circumstance due to bandwidth limitations on serial interfaces.

I got more of the speak windows working but i have to paste text into them. I had to run gwDec32.exe for some of them to be licensed.
