Not really worried about audio cd playback, all my cd's are sitting in a storage closet somewhere. I was more interested in whether or not the DAC on the TP would improve DVD/Bluray playback on the PS3. -- george_k

stuff but the truth is I'm pretty happy with my setup the way it is. I left the Transporter playing all night yesterday and all day today while I'm at work. I don't believe in the concept of burn in but it doesn't hurt to try. -- george_k

but it lacks the musical impact I was expecting to hear. At this point I'm thinking of returning it. Anybody share any similar experience? The rest of my system consists of a McIntosh 6900 and a pair of BW 703. My music collection is all FLAC based. -- george_k

. For that kinda music I prefer to use the DAC within my HT receiver. For jazz, blues and live recordings the SB DAC makes a huge difference, not tiring at all to listen to and definitely heaps better than the receiver's DAC. I got a TP on order so we'll see how it compares -- george_k
