I'm not sure there's any point in that. AFIACS the sole purpose of any

I don't know why do you guys still care about the power supply,

I guess it's because people have observed (heard) a difference when
changing to a better quality

So, what's the bottom line to all this? Has it ever been tested in ABX
whether power supply influences the sound?

The sound stage will open up, bass will tighten and the imaging will
improve. DVD performance will also increase substantially.

The cost of setting up a test that would prove such a thing to a
convinced subjectivist would be astronomical, due to the equipment and

Oops.
Somehow I managed to get a B in statistics, but only due to the psych

Yes...those members who insist on trashing others' experience of what

While there's room for subjectivism, most genuine audio

how do you mean 'never'? for example, brand new car has a life

If you have a good DAC you are wasting money with the mods, IMO, they
made no difference in my system. The anolog mods do improve the sound
but not as much as a good DAC.
Stock SB with elpac into Lavry DAC10 or comparable will rival pretty
much anything out there.
If you want to spend more,
