I got a black one too even though my old receiver is silver, but
everything else on my rack is black. The receiver is too big to fit in
the rack so it sits on top of the rack. I will probably order the Duet
remote next week to complete the package. It should have been included
if you ask me. So fa

Well my refurbished Transporter got here yesterday. The UPS guy dropped
it off at the front door. Didn't even ring the door bell or anything,
just left it and took off. Luckily I spotted it before anything happened
to it. I unboxed it and plugged it in and it quickly found my network

Good to hear. Mine is supposed to be here tomorrow, unless I miss the
UPS guy. I have had an SB3 for a while and I am real happy with it. I am
hoping the Transporter sounds even better. My system is an old restored
Pioneer SX-1250 receiver with some Mini Strata speakers.

I'd say go for it. The returns they get are mostly nothing wrong - the
customer just didn't want it or had software/network trouble, for
example. Of the ones with defects they swap entire modules (main board,
display board etc) so in a refurb there is no higher likelihood of
failure than on a new
Panotaker,i'm quite sure that Slim Devices/Logitech have thoroughly
checked out your machine.
i bought mine(Black)new nearly 2 years ago and it's been in constant

good luck with it and i'm sure you will really enjoy what the

Anybody having any problems with a refurbished Transporter? I just
ordered one and it should be here on Friday. It has the same 30 day
return policy, but only a one year warranty. It's $500 cheaper than a
new one, but if I hear of a lot of problems, I may just pay the
difference and get a new one.
