Cath Perhaps if you contact the Presidents of NSWGA and QSA (?) then they will be able to put you in touch with the right people. At the end of the day, with around 3000 GFA members across the country, and only a small number of those involved in the competition scene, are we so over governed

So why don't you use the GFA Club Class National Championship Rules, which don't mandate data loggers or fixed courses (but do mandate competition licenses), make no mention of launch methods, and are handicapped so our impoverished Suthern Cousins are not disadvantaged when flying their outmod
