And thank YOU Dave for sharing the resolution rather than the all too often
"people contacted me and it's sorted now thanks" type response. Very
interesting to read :)

Yeah because the whole STIR/SHAKEN thing has worked so well in the US eh (no,
unfortunately not!)
BTW, I think BCP38 implementation may be a bit less prevalent than you think it
might be for similar reasons :)
No solutions offered! Just say'n...

+1 on the false positives from UR, especially so over IPv6 for us.

Pretty sure that model doesn't have a console port - or at least not one
exposed via external interface connector for the user to access. But maybe
theres an on-board UART via pins somewhere.
You could try supp...@alliedtelesis.net.nz. They will usually respond. They
have a good engineering
ride /etc/hosts or NIS.

Bugger! And what to do then when the user looses control over what they're
using... Ie the shift of DNS out of the local-admin's (and even OS') control
and directly into the apps, via DoH and QUIC ([1]).
What a dog's breakfast :(

Hi Bradley
From Auckland you're looking at an additional 15-25ms RTT for traffic to
Wellington/ChCh.
I'm at the top of the South Island and ping times to Google and Linode (Sydney)
through various carriers all average at about 45ms.
From equipment at a DC in Auckland the figure I get is 23ms.
