As i know, axapta doesn't have stock aging report that able to aged
inventory into different aging month like customer or vendor aging.
But does any one done it before by customising it or is it possible
to do so?

All you need is the have/specify the license of the modules you want
to add in the main manu.
You can do this in the Admin>Setup>System>License information>Module
tab.
Once license is placed, save then synchronize
let me know how it goes.

I don't think you need to use programmable sections for this. Why don't you
use the Body section of your Section Group and set its height high enough so
that it can only appear 4 times per page? Maybe I'm missing something, if so,
correct me.
