Please note that this tool allows MAPI-mails to be sent without confirmation
and can be mis-used by viruses etc.
The problems occurs because Axapta uses MAPI-function calls

I am not very familiar with this topic. However, a few years back the problem
was solved by the sys admin (of the partner I was working for) by marking
Axapta as a trusted service. I am not sure how one does that.

functionality built in. So you must be using third party software (which is
not part of Axapta).
I would explore a solution through the MFR of the third party application.
I could be wrong of course.
I'm checking with the Implementer now, however I believe there is basic
functionality for Credit Cards built in. I have seen it in 2.5 as well.
Seems to be a XP / Firewall issue. Just would like any suggestions as to

There is no credit card processing functionality in Axapta 3.0 as standard.

Are you remote desktopping into the same terminal server each time you
try this? The question maybe is more with the server than the RD
clients. If you can, try this from the actual desktop of the terminal
server (not RD or TS accessed). If this still occurs, it is the server.

for Dynamics AX since Damgaard Axapta v2.1 and is now available AX 4.0.
