What i remember you can attach charges in sales Order in AX 3.0 and
also at the sales order level.I find the same is not there in Axapta
4.0.
Why they have removed the feature.It is going to be very difficult
to address issues like octori and all.

ever it will be great if you get it developed & installed from your
implementation partner since it will not cater your customized
