We have installed Ax2009 with Indian Localization. After Installing, the
version info is displaying as shown in Attached Image.
Here i m seeing even other countries also. So, is this the correct one which we
have installed(for India Localization)?

According to Dynamics AX2009 Upgrade Guide, we have to install AX2009 using AX4
database, then copy usr and var layers into Application Folder of AX2009
(extenstion copied for each layer are: aod, add, ahd, khd), then start the
service then start the client and go through upgrade

First of all your Application version is different from Kernel version which is
incorrect. Also when any specific locialization installation is done only that
particular country would be available.
