Hi, Have you tried the Database Indexing. I think the problem with freezing is that many users uses AX. I havent done asking Microsoft about it. Because they will require you to upgrade on SP2 Upgrading is ok, but they didn't confirm if the SP2 will eliminate my freezing problem. Thanks, chin
