You can take an order using the customer's external item number. Just make sure that after you have done the set up for the customer external item number in the accounts receivable that on the sales order form, you have a field to enter the external item id. Your form should have two fields on
The external Item number is located in the custVendExternalTable. Make sure you are entering the external Item number in the external number section of sales order form and not the item number section of the sales order form.

This class is working fine. It error just occurs with one item and not all items in the journal.

I need some help. I am working on printing some labels with a
barcode. The label is not printing with the barcode. For instance
the barcode is the print such that when scanned it displays the item#
instead it is print the item number in between asterisks(*item#*).

When we set up our unit conversion, we set it out to 6 decimal places. Our on hand inventory is out 5 decimal places. This difference creates negative on hands of very tiny/small quantities. When the unit conversion decimals is changed to 5, it creates errors when trying to post product
