last error message was that
there are no stocks. If you use picking
requirement that means that you should already
have stock then you can pick the finished
good from the warehouse, otherwise you specify
allow negative inventory

Thanks for the reply.
I can not get it to do anything.
I am working on AX version 3, and sp 2.
All the configuration keys for trade are
on.
Do have to have any other tick on?

[Axapta-Knowledge-Village] Auto report as finished.
Hi Yifat,
I have tried it, It will automatically create a
BOM journal based
and
configure the bom components.
What is the error message?
I am also using Axapta 3, sp2.

Hi
I think what it does is, is that if
there are only 15 on hand of an item, and the BOM requires 20, then the consumption
on the picking list will be 15
Does that sound right?

Hi,
If the process is completed and you can see the
green check against
the Closing. Then there is no problem.

Thanks for the reply,
The thing is that I need the BOM AB and
BB to explode in the main BOM A. But I dont see why it creates 2 more
orders(which I dont need)
The stop explosion is for price
calculation and for item coverage which I need both because bom
AB, and BB are also sold on
with other options, basically I want
production to happen in the back ground as much as possible. So now I am
trying to use the auto-report as finished but it seems just as
complicated!
Thanks again.

different warehouses.

Hi,
Maybe I am not understanding the problem.
Is it right that you want to items on a sales order to be linked to a specific
purchase order what about using standard Axapta, where you create a
purchase order linked to the sales order
Sales order header - Functions-
create

Hi
We had a similar problem, what we did
was create a new warehouse and called in in-transit. That way,
one could post the journal from warehouse A to in-transit, and then when it is received
in warehouse B, another journal is posted where the from warehouse is in-transit and the to
.
Thanks for the tip
