I ran MRP ,and checked the results.It created PO for 100,Didnt consider the stock.Then I went to Inquiry - Requirement Profile - Update from Planned order screen.Now the order Qty is changed to 55 consideri

What u are looking at is a Dynamic plan
and not static plan may be that’s why you have to click on update. But
that has got nothing to do with ur
current problem.
Now your planned date is 28/01 and todays
date is 20/01 however your positive days are 7 days.
