Hi James You'll find it in the system tables PrintJobHeader & PrintJobPages...not that you can make much use of that info. :-) I wanted to add some extra stuff to the archive each time a job was sent to it just a few months back, but couldn't find a way to do that. Regards Malcolm Burtt T

Hi James,      I know the data is kept in PrintJobHeader and PrintJobPages table. You can access the print archive info by Basic-->Inquiries-->Print archive      But I don't know how the print archive data is inserted into these two tables. Does anybody know it?      Thanks   Ronnie James Fl
