Hi there, First your need to configure Workflow Insfrastructure using a wizard in Administration > Setup > Workflow Insfrastructure Workflow Configuration Wizard. Make sure that your batch task "Workflow Message Processing" is in "executing" status. you can check the status from Basic > Inquir
