I just deleted all my maven dependencies and ran the whole build from
scratch. I got my build successful, even though it took sometime.
The reason for this may be maven takes sometime to download all the
dependencies. And its a known problem that maven sometimes fails to

test was causing the odd behavior I was seeing (certain jws files stopped
working) but it did.
Perhaps the person who added it
when u see a dependency change (typically in the project.properties or
project.xml) then you drop the -o option

The only reason I did this in the 1.4
branch was because it didn't include other changes made recently (like
my WS-Addr code). It allowed me to fix things incremementally.
I would imagine that 1.4 would be from the trunk once things are fixed.

Hi Bill,
We, as devs in Axis2, were bit worried about the building time. So we
wanted to minimize the time maven takes to compile, without the tests.
So we did some tricks, so that some of the folder movings are not
happening if you exclude the tests.
Thats the reason, why you got this error,
Can you please run maven clean war, and forward me the test reports of
failed tests. Test reports can be found in the
modules\{moduleName}\target\test-reports, where moduleName is the
module where the failed test belongs to.

can change that order , having such a constrain reduce the system
flexibility so I want to get rid of that. In the mean while we need to
