her 3rd child in 1886. I personally knew Rosa Amelia Ernesto's

Yes, there was/is an orphange in Ponta Delgada. It was called Asilo
de Infancia Desvilida de Ponta Delgada . Today it is called La Mae de
Deus. My great aunt was there from 1891 to 1902. I have had contact
