Hi Lexi, I wrote that generic letter. You already have the address. Just delete the last line of ZIP and City. The ZIP is 9500 and the city is Ponta Delgada. The address was way up on page one. It looks like the HTML formatting put the word date in the address on the form letter on the last

FRANCIS could have originally been Francisco which is normally a first name but can be a surname. BRIO has me stumped. There is a surname Brindeiro on Flores but it is rather unlikely (but not impossible) that it would have been shortened to Brio. I'll have to think about that some more. John
