Tombo.pt is just a template that reformats the display for the CCA. Once you see the actual record, you will see that your URL in your address bar no longer shows the tombo.pt/blah/blah/blah but http://culturacores.azores.gov.pt/blah.blah.blah When you are on your actual record, copy that URL.
