Well, after spending nearly all day trying to complete a bare metal
restore of a redhat box, I am clueless as to what the problem could be.
Hence, I am hoping that the list members might have some ideas.

I don't want to use TLS for all my File Daemons (FD). Only those FD
for which traffic must cross untrusted networks. The FD out on the
internet have TLS Require = yes. All other daemons (Dir, SD, and
local FD) have TLS Enable = yes.
