Trying to setup a bacula server for a project. We setup bacula on ubuntu
7.10, using the ububacula script, available at
http://freshmeat.net/projects/ububacula/. Our problem right now is when we
try to connect to the Storage Daemon File we get an error message:

Hi,
It seems that the 2.2.4-restore.patch doesn't have been applied to
the 2.2.5 release.
You can apply it yourself and rebuild the bacula-dir binary or wait
for the 2.2.6 release.

I made the mistake to label manually each tape in the autochanger by the
command label media...
Now, I know that i better used the console command label barcodes. But now
after I labeled the tapes manually I get the error messages "3920 Cannot label
Volume because it is already labeled

could it be that your script eject the tape after run it?
If I do a mtx -f /dev/sg3 status now the following output appears:
mtx -f /dev/sg3 status
Storage Changer /dev/sg3:1 Drives, 8 Slots ( 0 Import/Export )

Oops, forgot a warning. This script is DESTRUCTIVE and you musn't run it
when there's tapes with data
