Patti,   I have a pdf copy of "How to Establish Goals: A Group Project for Farmers and Their Families".  This 18 page workbook helps organize priorities. Main points being Goal Setting, Quality of Life, Wealth, Vision, Values and Beliefs. I think a helpful exercise, farmer or not...   Perry
