I just uploaded a series of Linaro compilers for Arch Linux users.
If you want to use, just yaourt them.
$ yaourt -Ss linaro
gcc-linaro-aarch64-linux-gnu
gcc-linaro-aarch64-none-elf

gcc-linaro-armeb-linux-gnueabihf
