But embarisngly enogh my examples where no good :( it was a case of preceeding space in the artist name and the html of the web-UI remove that so it does not show until you examine the tags... Good! Just wanted to ask you to check your db file, as the query triggered to create this list does

What should we expect ? I don't remember that discussion. I only remember a certain level of frustration over the unimaginable names out there which got broken by our attempt to fix typos like this. In any case I would expect all UI's to show the names as it is when it's in the dB :) I

Re my scan issue I did not remove unwanted playlists it is the normal playlist in my playlist directory that sudenly causes this since my latests upgrade , so the issue is not fixed ( some of the playlist been there for years unchanged )
