Both are Power off/on separately. So i assumed that when one device powers off the other doesn't. That happens as set in the config. But why does the music stop in my case? Did you power off the device or did you pause it? I'm not sure about the alarm, but it might actually only pause it -

I did a clear and rescan today. Now when I try to browse anything within the additional browse mode Home Low Bitrate, I get Empty. Also a high rating library (created using Erlands custom libraries plugin) is showing 0 songs (I confirmed that trackstat ratings are still available in the

Perhaps a bug with detecting low bitrate songs? I would guess that the scan didn't finish correctly. Anything in scanner.log? Scan seemed to complete okay. Although it does appear to have completed quicker than I expect: Discovering files/directories: M:\Music\Alex's Music (478 of 478)

Okay, I can confirm that some browse menus have come from custom libraries that I must have defined a while back with Erlands Custom Libraries plugin. All of these are showing up 0 songs in each library. Need to figure out how to refresh these following a rescan. Don't think the library

All for these ideas as optional features. As an alternative, what if each playlist remembered it's last play position (at least track, preferable track and time). If you had a specific named playlist, and an alarm started, replacing that playlist, you could select to play the playlist again

me myself and i did nothing ;-) The Alert was set for a runtime of 50 Minutes. I guess the alert PAUSES the music and then powers off the device. Because if i manually power off a device, music is played on the other one. So the Alert-Stopper seems to be my Show-Stopper. But is this new to 7.9?

Offhand, I can't really see a way to do it, but was wondering if the Additional Browse Modes plugin could somehow be configured to create such a thing? I can't imagine a way either. The additional modes do some filtering based on genres and roles. But not much more (unless hard-coded). --
