Before this I upgraded to the current build and deleted the
extension.pref before I ran it. It was the same as before and the same
after a clear and rescan. Just nothing there except for the add a repo
line. Not even the standard repo shows or any of my plugins.

Just thinking out loud here but is there a way to have SC determine if a
file has been created vs been modified? If so then that would be a way
to keep the modified out of the new music list. I don't know if it's
possible or how hard it would be.

I saw that Phil Meyer had been able to fix this problem by clearing his
cache or something? Could you post how you do that as it wasn't clear
in the email I got. Make sure you post it in clear steps for a dummy

Hydrogenaudio is still recommending 3.97 so for now I think you would be
best staying with that. They really dig into everything before they
will recommend a version.

n I changed my library to my USB drive the playlists
still pointed to the old library and added them. I got rid of my
playlists and did a rescan and all is well.
