I keep getting the following PluginManager error in the server log after
every server startup. I'm running the latest build of SC 7.5. Everything
appears to be working fine with Extension Downloader. What's causing
this error?

plugins in the Plugins directory ?
When I install my development version of TrackStat in the Plugins
directory it gives the result:
- It always displays "Plugin updates are available" on the home page
- It asks me to restart
