Thanks a ton for the link!
It seems to work pretty nicely - this was the the only break in my

That should have the fix. And I cannot think of anything else.
Sounds
more and more like a system bug.

A quick tip---
You can right click on a reference listed in the main table to get a
choice of what to drag and drop---the formatted reference is one thing
you can get. But if you are not a LaTeX user this might not help. The
next place to look is on the wiki for help with export templates,

Realistically the OP is going to be happier with Zotero or Mendeley.
Unless he want's to write a Word integration himself (which would be
cool :)

Just tried with BD build
Oh, where to start?
1: These aren't weird cite keys, they are standard LaTeX citekeys.
2: To transform the document-with-cite keys into a document with
bibliography etc.
you will need some sort of macro or script which converts one to the
other.
There are some very nice ones for Apple's Pages
You should realize that BibDesk is designed to work with bibtex, so
much of the support is geared to that. THere is no direct support for
Word. However you can drag and copy templated citations instead of the
(standard) latex \cite's. You can choose the style that's dragged and
copied in th
where can I find a tutorial? I've read the BibTex intro but I still cannot
figure out how to use bibdesk with word.
As I write I drag and drop citations,
so all I have is this weird cite keys \citeauthor{ISI:00025715335}
how to transform this into a proper reference for example harvard style?
Hello all,
I am getting ready to put together another release, and we'd like to
test linking to files on USB sticks. So, look at the latest nightlies,
and try it out. If there's a critical bug, make it known, as well, but
make sure you're using the most recent nightlies.
Thanks

That's a problem, as Mail adds attachments to the (rich) text. So
basically, you can't use this pref setting with this BD feature.
