Of course I fully disagree with their remark that "the developer should be familiar with Wiley". In fact, the problem is not about knowing their quirks. The problem is that their broken format does not give a way to recognize it as RIS, and distinguish it from some similar formats, such as

Hi all, I am having trouble with importing RIS-formatted citations from Wiley InterScience into bibdesk. For example: On this page: http://www3.interscience.wiley.com/cgi-bin/abstract/112417957/ABSTRACT I click on "Download Citation". On the following page, I select Plain Text/Citation/Mac a
