Thanks to Denis Lepage who found a Lightner Road in Ohio at Port Clinton, which is on Sandusky Bay. Also, the birds were originally reported to us by Ohio people, AND a check of the Ohio Rare Bird Alerts show that White-faced Ibis are being reported there. So for the time being Ontario birders
