Hello Ontbirders Today as I was driving hwy 115 to Peterborough a Common Raven flew over my car, being persued by 3 Crows. This was near the Victoria Rd exit to Bethany. I drive this highway often and this is the first time I have seen a Raven anywhere along the 115. Good Birding Carol

[Ontbirds] Eurasian Wigeon in Amherstburg

This morning my dad and I scanned through the ducks and Mute Swans at Big Creek marsh in Amherstburg. We were able to get some nice views of a male Eurasian Wigeon amongst the many American Widgeon, Gadwall, Shovellers and Blue and Green-winged Teal. We also saw a pair of Pied-billed Grebes.
