Dan Kazinsky just called from the pier at the Oshawa Harbour saying that the Pacific Loon was there but was seen heading east towards Second Marsh. The harbour can be reached at the foot of Simcoe Street. Depending on how far it moves, it may be visible from the beach south of Second Marsh.
