March 19 my father and I observed a sub-adult BALD EAGLE about 5 km north of the Trent-Severn Waterway. It's tail was white except for a rather narrow terminal (sub-terminal?) band. It's head was starting to get white especially around the chin, and it had extensive white mottling below. Nearby,
