I've made this page for uni once ... I think this could be an idea how it
could be. I've also made it very easy to maintain by including body files
with php.

Just to nitpick: It makes "sense" in so far as the WM does receive two
different events (IIRC, I may be wrong here) depending on whether one of
the lock keys is on or
