Have you tried, as someone suggested, running a scan disk on the drive, with
a thorough scan?
You can get this option by highlighting the drive, then pressing the
applications key and arrow up to properties.
In the properties dialog box, control+tab to the utilities page, and tab to

protocol everything is fine and he is up and running. Just so everybody

When you are on a message you want to flag, don't open the message, but just
do a control shift g.
This will open a dialogue that you can tab through to set your preferences
for that message.
