Hi list, I had downloaded AVG a week or so ago, but were not able to get it to work right. I therefore uninstalled it, and then reinstalled it again. I downloaded it from the Jaws Users site. In the dialogue box, I chose to have it save to my desktop. I chose the desktop, as when I downloaded

It was supposed to read a color capable printer, which you have from seeing your emails. I use ms 2000 and if I were to change color I would go to format select font and among your choices is color. it first wants the type of fonts then size and you than can change color. -Original

Are you using XP? I am not sure if the following is the same for Vista. Its possible that you have a corrupted print job in your printer queue. You could try going to start, settings, printers and faxes. Navigate to your printer in the list that appears. Press enter on your printer and make

Something to bear in mind is that I am told that with ink jet printers and some cheaper thinner paper double sided or duplex printing may be problematic as the ink can show through from one side of the page to the other, giving a messy result with some printers when printing duplex output .
