This is because sometimes, when there is a lot of traffic on youtube it
tends to buffer a lot and that is what is causing your delays when
attempting to play a clip on there.

utube links. When I click on the link, the item starts playing, but it starts,
stops for a second or 2, plays for a couple of seconds, stops again, and starts
