Don't run two anti virus programs together. it's recommended to uninstall
your current one before installing the new one.
regarding any anti spyware or malware, they don't effect the anti virus
programs at all. so you are ok to leave them alone.

You may have inadvertently engaged the muting funtion, which will silence
the audio. Pressing F7 toggles the muting on and off, so try this and see

You need to use something like Power DVD or Real Alternative. I have the
same problem with Windows Media Player, but both Power DVD and Real
Alternative tend to solve it, although Power DVd is more suited for watching
DVD's.

Avira is the best in my apinion. AVG is not so good in catching viruses, at
least the free version, and avast givs too many faulse pozitives. I use
avira 2 years already and am very happy wit it. And it's the fre personal

Mine doesn't do it either, but the home key should take you to the top of
any list, including that folder tree structure, where you can then again use
first letter navigation to move down.
