Use the Microsoft document Scanning application that comes with the MS Office suite. One of the options that will be provided in this application is a check box to indicate that the document that you are scanning is double sided. The application will prompt you to scan the reverse pages and then

The reason you cannot uninstall IE 7 is that there is no earlier version of IE installed on your computer to revert to. Obviously, a Vista machine would not be equipped with IE 6. However, many people who received new computers for Christmas want to retain the ability to use IE with JAWS 7.1
