Hi, I am running Windows XP, and I encountered a problem when I
installed Via Voice (which is the same as Eloquence, which is why I
installed it) so that I could use it with Klango. While it responded
well to Klango, it seemes to have corrupted my Sappi 5 voices. There

Hello all. I'm curious if anyone has used the Eclipse scan and read software
and if so, is it reliable?
I'm asking because I notice it is somewhat less expensive than the Kurzweil
1000 or Open Book. If anyone has any experience with Eclipse I'd be interested
in hearing about it. Thanks.

Hi Debbie,
If I understand you correctly, yes you either have to choose
" run " or " save " and press enter. Then, you choose what folder you want
to save or download it into. Once you have saved it somewhere, go to that
folder to play whatever it is you have just saved. I hope I didn't just
Hi, everyone. I'm trying to help my friend set up her husband's email account.
So-far we got the first steps done but what are the recommended settings for

Hi list, let's say, for example, I go to a website, and open the
file for Today'sO'ReillyFactorOnSendspace. Am I correct in assuming that
just opening it will send it to my player such as Win Amp, and it hasn't
downloaded anywhere? I can't find it when I hit the windows key and F and

No. The upgrades pertain to your protection, virus, firewall...
It's a setting you have to change. Did you let the firewall wizard do all
the settings for you when you installed? You can always go into the menus
and have it do it again at any time.
In regards to the email issue maybe it's the pl

What version of AVG do you use?
Hi, Victor. Actually it's for a friend I was trying to help. I forgot
about the box that says "my server requires authentication". That's why she
could be getting those error messages.
Maybe by checking this box, the error messages will go away.

Hi Rosemarie,
Did you check the box that says my server requires authentication?
If not, try making sure this box is checked and then try again.

Still using an older version of Recuva which I found on the blind-computing.com

with JAWS 10? It's a good handy program to have around if something gets

Hi, Bill. I just finished talking to my friend. I was on the line when she

That's not always easy. I used to have a tutorial on outlook express b
