Subject: [Blind-Computing] Accessible MP3 Player?
Hi
I remember using Norton Ghost as a sighted user years ago
and I have to tell you Image for Windows is a superior
product, in my opinion. As a blind user now, it is a totally
accessible alternative, reasonably priced, and helpful tech
support. Best $38.95 I've spent in ages.

taking a flash drive with stuff I will need and hooking it into his new windows

The one "limitation" of Image for Windows is that to perform a recovery with

this is possible! Image for Windows has great technology that allows an

Hi Don,
If a person uses a dvd to save the image, the restore process for Windows is
quite simple, and requires no speech,
and best of all, doesn't require sighted assistance.

I'm impressed, this sounds like a lot of work and more than I wanted to do
when I discovered the program it just made my day that it worked so well and
I could use it effectively.

Mine works fine with both windows XP and windows 7, with nothing really
seeming different with regard to how they 'see' it.

You can have full speech with Image For Windows if you
launch it within Windows. What I do is simply plug the hard
drive I want to work on into a USB port. I can then copy an
image of a complete hard drive, specific partition, etc.
When I'm done, I simply put this into the machine I want to

I have been trying to use the solona tool. Unfortunately, when ever I

I've not yet had to use the tool myself so I can't help you, but I know he
can. Good luck.
