The subject psays it all. Each time I try to search for
wireless networks, windows Explorer always wants to send error
reports. Why could this be happening?

these are on the desktop, but we cannot be certain whether these are
shortcuts pointing to the files in question or whether they're the
actual files themselves. W/o this information, it's difficult to give

In the desk top dialogue what is set up log files and can the files be deleted
safely?
I know these files are created by windows but I do not actually know what
program in windows created them.

uninstall the windows live 2011,
and go back to the earlier version.
if you wish to do this, I could send you the earlier version since I kept
the executable.
I don't think you can find the earlier version out their on the net.
