To make sure that Google Chrome isn't installed, route the Jaws cursor to
the PC cursor, page up, & arrow down 1 line at a time on each installation
window. Pay very close attention to the last couple of windows! It can be
kind of tricky checking or unchecking the necessary checkbo

when you choose to run c cleaner at start up how long should it take?
I tried doing that this morning and every time I went to the system tray to
check to see if it was finished it was only on three percent so I stopped it

when an update fales to install properley and you attempt to instal it your
self when you down load it why does it go into the local disk files instead of
the windows files?
every time I install it myself it always goes into the local disk files and
when the automatic update down loads it
