have you tried going into the email rules, alt+t for tools then "r" for rules, then "m" for messages? If you use that, you have two sets of rules to choose from. Hit the "tab" key until you familiarize yourself with the 2 sets of rules. If you are still having trouble, let me know and I'd be

Ok, I managed to install NVDA and window eyes and they both worked. I couldn't install jfw, it gave me a message something to the affect of this application is not authorized to run as a terminal service session or something like that. Just thought I would do a follow up that's all. Laters...
