I have always had an issue of the announcement as well but I found that if I
do jaws key B, while in the gw connect window it will tell me who is
calling. However, it would be nice for it to tell me automatically like the
regular skipe does, which is why I went back to the regular one.

When you select that create link or add link, or whatever it is after pressing
the applications key, the link will magically appear in your clipboard where

As others here have previously said, a thumb drive is just a drive. The only
thing I would add is that when you plug it in to a USB port, you will, or
should, get a set of options. Generally, you're going to want to pick the open
files in windows explorer option when that happens.
