Somethings wrong with my CP, the items use to be in like a grid pattern with
rows of 4 items, but now it's just 2 long columns, how can I get it back to
the other way?

there is nothing wrong with your CP
its just the view by option changed. its not the regular view in the toolbar
its an other one u can find it by swiching to the pc curser and look
for (view by:) small icons,large icons,catagory
each one of them has a difrint view for CP,

Yeah, was there last night, but the medium icons is checked and it also said
unavailable. The only items in the view menu I could access was, auto range,
aline to grid, details... and go to submenu and refresh. All other items all
the icons were unavailable.

well, that is true we all have that under the toolbar's view option,
what u need to do is activating the pc curser by swiching it from jaws to pc
and look for the line that says(view by:) in the same page
its not the same one in the tool bar

tiles in this view, have no idea how that happened..
So, in the view by as you state, is it located through the alt view menu? I
have been going to the personalization within the Cp, then pressing alt V.

I've never put a digital book on a cartrige, and after I unzip the book, it
asks what folder to put it in, but my folder for unzipped digital books is
in documents, and documents isn't a choice, and I don't want to put a
