Hello inthane, "You can get a robo-drive, its a 4 drive 3.5 inch drive unit that can use various different raid like storage methods including ones that include striping so that if a drive goes out in the unit you can plug in a replacement drive and rebuild the lost drive from data in the stripes.

Hi Pete, 1 thing she could try is go into Sounds & Audio or, whatever it's called in Windows7, & make sure that her default soundcard is the 1 that came with the computer. If it by chance switched over to the USB soundcard then, she needs to change it back, apply & okay it. Now, go into Jaws
