1 thing she could try is go into Sounds & Audio or, whatever it's called in
Windows7, & make sure that her default soundcard is the 1 that came with the
computer. If it by chance switched over to the USB soundcard then, she
needs to change it back, apply & okay it. Now, go into Jaws
I sort of figured that, but it did give me pause. Actually win zip is built
in to windows and has been for over 12 years that I am aware of for a fact.

My friend is using Jaws twelve and Windows 7. She recently purchased a USB
sound card 7.1 pro made by SIIG.
Incidentally, this sound card came with software which she did not install
because she simply wants to use this in order to separate Jaws from the output
to her speakers.

Make sure you are on the link.
Then press the applications key or if you don't have one press shift f10
Arrow down to save target as and press enter.
You get a standard save as dialog box.
Set the file location and press enter.
The file should download.
