Modern Windows does NOT run in DOS.
Anyway I use Linux for a lot of things including wiping harddrives.
I boot a live CD called GRML from www.grml.org on the system I want to wipe.
I use the good old dd unix command to wipe the entire harddrive.
All 100% accessible - GRML provides software

In the latest version of NVDA, 2013.1, they have redone the laptop keyboard
commands. So, to read about what has changed do the following:
1. Press Insert / NVDA key + N, to open the NVDA menu.

Hello I've recently reformatted my computer and my recycle bin is not
showing on my desktop.
I am using Windows Vista, and the classic view.
Could someone tell me how to get the recycle bin to show on the desktop?

Each book should be unzipped into it's own book folder then transferred
to cartridge or flash drive. This way the whole folder can be deleted,
and you won't have a bunch of loose files on the drive.
