[Blind-Computing] windows defender

Hello all. I would like to use Windows Defender. I'm told that it is not turned on in my computer, but when I tab to the link to turn it on, I get an error message that says access denied. Is there a secret to turning this on? Becky For answers to frequently asked questions about this list
